2. Property Rights
2.1 Client Materials
All materials provided by the Client (e.g., credentials, branding assets) remain their property.
2.2 Ownership of Deliverables
Ownership of deliverables, such as optimised content and audit results, transfers to the Client upon full payment for the applicable subscription month.
2.3 Proprietary Tools and Platform
Our proprietary tools, methodologies, and platform are licensed to the Client for the subscription duration. Copying, modifying, or reverse-engineering them is prohibited.
2.4 Intellectual Property Rights
The Client agrees not to reproduce or misuse any materials provided by Smart Mammoth without prior written consent.
3. Prohibited Activities
Clients are prohibited from:
- Uploading malicious software or unauthorised files to the platform
- Engaging in deceptive SEO practices (e.g., cloaking, link schemes)
- Misusing proprietary materials or violating intellectual property rights
- Violation may result in immediate service suspension or termination without refund.
4. Subscription Management
4.1 Plans and Hours
- Clients select subscription plans based on desired service hours per month.
- Unused hours do not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.
4.2 Modifications and Cancellations
- Changes to plans take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Cancellations must be processed through the Client’s account.
4.3 Platform Availability
While we strive for uninterrupted access, occasional maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary outages. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control but will notify Clients promptly and work to minimise disruptions.

Our system ensures tasks are only marked complete once fully finished. This guarantees Clients are only charged for completed work.
